Himalayan Tamers Tour & Travel was founded in 2010 in the heart of Leh, Ladakh — not by a big corporation, but by a local Ladakhi family who has lived, breathed and loved these mountains their entire lives.
We grew up watching the seasons change over the Stok Kangri range, navigating the hairpin bends of Khardung La and listening to monks chant at dawn in the ancient gompas. Ladakh is not just our workplace — it is our home.
Over 15 years and 500+ happy guests later, our mission remains exactly the same: to show every traveller the real Ladakh — raw, honest, beautiful and unforgettable.
